The Foundation For Aged Care

The Foundation For Aged Care is ARV’s charity arm. Its role is to raise funds for new and innovative programs that improve the quality of life for our residents and clients.

Since its inception in 1984, the Foundation has raised over $22 million through community fundraising, bequests, special events, charitable trusts and foundation and corporate support.

Those funds have led to some wonderful programs such as the Dream, Believe Create art exhibition, the BrightMinds™ Memory Enhancement Centre and the Better Balance Centre for the improvement of strength, mobility and balance.

The Foundation supports ARV’s Vision and Mission by contributing to the lifestyle and amenities of our residents and community clients. We aim to raise awareness and increase the understanding of aged care issues within the community and by undertaking benevolent initiatives which facilitate the promotion and proclamation of Christ’s message.
