Securing your new home
When the time is right to move and you have found a suitable property, the process is simple:
- Pay a holding deposit (fully refundable) to secure the property
- Complete the Application and Medical forms
- Meet the Village Manager to discuss village life, general lifestyle and health
- For renovated units - Review and sign contracts, pay a 10% deposit
- For new developments and ‘off the plan’ sales - Review and sign contracts and pay a further 1% of the total entry contribution
- Pay the balance and move into your new home
Note: For renovated units - Residents can enjoy three months interest free to settle the balance (available if selling your current home).
