ARV seeks out leading care specialists to enhance our already robust care team. People such as our GM of Care Development, Nurse Practitioner Aged Care (Dementia) and Clinical Nurse Consultant-Palliative Care have been added to our care team. These three industry leaders fine-tune and co-ordinate the philosophy and strategy of care and are supported through other industry leaders such as our Physiotherapy Services Manager and Care Project co-ordinator (Diversional Therapy). Together with our Care Managers and Registered Nurses the care plans are developed.If you are a care professional, or training to be, you will have an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical skills under the guidance of genuine clinical experts.
