

Rohini Village Offer
Terms and Conditions of Offer - Participation in this Offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
- The Offer starts 10 March 2010 and closes 30 June 2010 (“Offer Period”).
- The gift is seven (7) fortnights (approximately 3 months) of the applicable Rohini Village resident’s Recurrent Charges paid by the Promoter.
- An “Existing Resident” means a resident at Rohini Village prior to the Offer Period.
- To receive the gift, the Existing Resident must refer a person or couple to the Promoter’s sales staff during the Offer Period, and the person or couple must subsequently reserve and occupy a one (1) bedroom unit at Rohini Village during the Offer Period. In addition, the person or couple who are referred by an Existing Resident and who subsequently reserve and occupy a one (1) bedroom unit at Rohini Village during the Offer Period will also receive the gift. In the case of a couple who become new residents, only one (1) gift will be awarded to the couple who occupy the eligible unit, and they will not receive two (2) gifts. In the event that a couple or person is referred by two (2) Existing Residents, only the first Existing Resident to refer the couple or person will be eligible to receive the gift, as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Only Existing Residents can refer people for the purpose of receiving the gift. New residents cannot subsequently refer people once they become a resident to receive the gift. Existing Residents can refer as many people as they like.
- The gift will be provided on the first fortnightly Recurrent Charges debiting date following the relevant date of occupancy prior to or on 30 June 2010.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all referrals and the eligibility of an Existing Resident or new resident to receive the gift. The gift, including any portion, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- If this Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any individual; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Offer including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (b) any correspondence that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (c) any tax liability incurred by a resident as a result of receiving the gift; (d) any inability of a new resident to occupy a unit in time to receive the gift; or (e) inability to use the gift.
- The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, and contractor. Participation is conditional on providing this information. Individuals should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.
