About the Foundation
The Foundation For Aged Care plays an important role raising funds to improve the quality of life for the residents and clients of Anglican Retirement Villages.
The charitable arm of Anglican Retirement Villages
- Established in 1984
- Over the years the Foundation has played an important role in the success of ARV
- Supporting ARV’s Vision & Mission by raising funds to promote & support caring for the elderly through community fundraising, bequests, special events, charitable trusts and foundations and corporate support.
- Providing funds over $22m towards many projects
- The Foundation continuously researches ways to improve the lives of village residents through responsible donations to targeted projects
Promotes & support caring for the elderly by:
- Contributing to the lifestyle & amenity of ARV’s own residents & community clients
- Promoting the development & improvement of the quality & standard throughout the industry (this may include research).
- Facilitating - promotion & proclamation of the message of Christ within aged care
- Raising awareness & increase the understanding - community & government
- Initiatives of a benevolent nature - benefiting ARV’s constituency
The Foundation For Aged Care supports the delivery of care and facilities at Anglican Retirement Villages for the benefit of all residents, clients, their families and friends and is very grateful for the continued support of donors and sponsors. Gifts to the Foundation For Aged Care over $2.00 are tax deductible.
