Registered Nurses

Our registered nurses are the angels in our midst.

These highly skilled, multi-disciplined people play a pivotal role in the implementation of ARV Health, providing clinical care and family support.

Our team of RN’s are on-site ‘case managers’ for our residents, working within a structured care plan to provide accurate assessments, assist, manage and provide the most appropriate treatment in close consultation with the patient, their doctors and family.

Importantly, our RN’s are knowledgeable about the range of programs, services and facilities available within ARV Health, helping to tailor care that truly is ‘person-centred’. Where possible, the RN’s assist with the early return of residents from hospital, and they’re also a wonderful asset in helping to provide a seamless transition into aged care.
Our team of Roving RN’s run nursing clinics for residents and head out on rounds. They get to know you, thus creating a more open medical discussion that’s based on trust and recent history. We think that makes for a more caring, more understanding environment, and better medical outcomes.

It’s no wonder we often hear: “thank goodness for the RN’s”.
