ARV seeks out leading care specialists to enhance our already robust care team. People such as our GM of Care Development, Nurse Practitioner Aged Care (Dementia) and Clinical Nurse Consultant-Palliative Care have been added to our care team. These three industry leaders fine-tune and co-ordinate the philosophy and strategy of care and are supported through other industry leaders such as our Physiotherapy Services Manager and Care Project co-ordinator (Diversional Therapy). Together with our Care Managers and Registered Nurses the care plans are developed.

Kris
As a Masters qualified RN Kris has broad experience in aged care and the hospital system. Kris leads ARV’s expert clinicians to develop our care strategies.
Nurse Practioner - Aged Care (Dementia)
Kathryn
A Nurse Practitioner, Aged Care (Dementia) and having a Masters in Clinical Nursing (Neurology); Kathryn is well placed as an expert in Aged Care. Alongside Kris, Kathryn is key to developing our care strategies.

Christine
A Clinical Nurse Consultant, Palliative Care (and other qualifications) Christine also works with Kris to develop our care strategies.
Physiotherapy Services Manager
Jane
With a Masters of Health Science (Hons) (Physiotherapy), and over 20 years experience in the UK, NZ and at ARV, Jane leads a physio team of over 25 across 9 locations. Her extensive experience is passed onto her team.
Care Project Co-ordinator (Diversional Therapy)
Linda
Having Bachelors qualifications in Diversional Therapy, Linda leads a team of 50 Diversional Therapists and T’s and Recreational Activity Officers.
